- The HeART of Sublette County
- We, Callie and Sara Domek, the Two Sisters from Cora, grew up in Wyoming. Born near Kemmerer, we were raised close to the land where we learned respect for the power of the natural world and respect for our place in it. Halfway through our childhood, we moved to the Upper Green River Valley and developed a very strong connection to the land and mountains here. We had free reign in the valley, and summer found us exploring the sagebrush hills, swimming in the cold meltwater of the Green River, backpacking and mountaineering in the nearby Wind River Mountains, and discovering the many secrets of the valley. Today, we recognize the fast-paced changes happening in this very unique region of Wyoming. Our wish is to bring to life the stories, the sense of place, and the HeART of Sublette County; to reveal what this place means to the people who live here, what these citizens believe, what they wish for. We are asking for participation, for engagement, and for action. Please join us.
